      Decent pay Good benefits Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful coworkers. Good communication within the company. Actively supports one's growth and learning. When there is no work to be done they have a program that helps to compensate for a portion of the pay one would have earned.

      Cons

      Periodically there is no work to be done which can lead to lulls.
