      Pros

      Good Training system to ensure team stays best of latest technologies and trends. On time Salary without any problem. Yes they give pressure, but it was very good for me as now after 2 years of working, i know many technologies and confidence.

      Cons

      Need to do hard work in working hours. and jobs are challenging.

      Pros

      I have been working at Beta Soft Technology full-time More than 3 Years. Would like to highly recommend them to upgrade your knowledge. They have Good atmosphere, Good environment. Good and cooperative Project Manager.

      Cons

      There are no any cons as per my experience. But yes, Freshers may have issue because they are unable to accept pressure and want high salary. which i dont think any company may afford
