      What a mess...

      Pros

      Very flexible, pretty much no micromanagement (except the CEO who is constantly looking over your shoulder).

      Cons

      Terrible management, they don't care about your career development at all, zero support from your manager, million problems that never get resolved. Executives operate in an "old boys club" style, the company structure is a mess. Recently laid off 20 employees without providing any sufficient reasoning. Pay is way below market rate.

      Chaotic management, things change a lot Poor communication across whole company Company culture is very hard to describe and unusual, a little clique-y if you care about that kind of thing Almost nobody at the company has other experience in the garment/fashion industry Poor HR

      Fun and creative concepts to work on.

      Cons

      They like to “clean house” every couple years and the company is manages almost entirely by men and they baby the marketing team. The creatives aren’t treated or compensated well.
