      Pros

      None anymore. Since new ownership has taken over it has become a sinking ship.

      Cons

      There is now zero incentive in working hard for this company. They are firing everyone and reducing salaries all because they can't get any work. 9 years of working your butt off gets you nothing but a paycut of $30k a year or laid off.

      Some of the people are good to work with.

      Cons

      Company is run by absent owners, They know little about the day to day operations, yet ALWAYS seem to know better. They have a 70% turnover rate......Do I need to say anything else! Working 60+ hours a week on salary is not the way to do things. Not nearly enough support staff to deal with the companies growth (or should I say over-growth)
