      Pros

      There is a good group of people there - but watch your back because most are shady. Do not trust upper management or anyone in HR. That is the only PRO. This is an awful place to work. Word of advice - if you are not desperate for a job -RUN!

      Cons

      Everything. They don't pay crap(unless you are a man - but even then....), benefits are OK, treat employees like crap, they don't keep their word - if you get a job there make sure you get all details in writing. Zero vacation until after a year when you finally get one week. Honestly this is the worse company - they do not care about individuals. Seriously avoid working here.

      Lack of character in senior management. Good old boys who been there forever and are very unprofessional, lacking key people skills as well as inability to establish trust at field levels with their sales team
