Owner is the problem, high turnover is 100% due to his management. Does not appreciate his employees. He is very condescending to all his employees at all levels. Short temper with knee jerk responses. Lack of any culture.

Unrealistic expectations from management, difficult environment to work with, short staffed, underpaid with respect to responsibilities and expectations in every department, micromanagement, staff separation required and communication between departments discouraged/not tolerated, little to no cross training due to discouragement of communication and information sharing between departments/employees
