Pros

- Coworkers are nice and caring but that's really it.

Cons

- Immature management who like going on little power trips every other week - Unhealthy expectations to work for absolutely no equity, legal bare minimum benefits (none), and no upwards mobility - Culture where your value as an employee is determined not by your work but how hard it looks like you're working - Micromanagement galore because the sub-C-suite are trying to impress other C-suite on which sub-C-suite has the "hardest working team" - Main revenue model is bulk signing up 18 year olds in university to gambling/casino sites for commission per head - No clear direction in projects and frequent flip flop between business objectives The reasons listed above only scratch the surface. They will all lead to a lack of growth in your personal career and the company itself while creating a distaste for the culture and values the company presents. In general there is an air of superiority among management, who think they are running a highly innovative conglomerate when in reality it is a glorified sweatshop.
