Pros

There are literally no pros. Maybe a free t-shirt.

Cons

Unprofessional. No paperwork. No structure. No training. No communication. No "onboarding process" as mentioned in-person. They'll ask you to come in for a couple of hours to watch someone handle their work load and occasionally talk to you for 10 minutes. Don't waste your time here. Don't believe what you've "agreed" upon during the interview. Make sure you keep a record of everything that was said to you in-person, text and email. I would even go as far saying to make your own contracts. Don't pass up on interviews from other companies because you think this is going to be a real opportunity to work in digital marketing. Owner is unprofessional and has a short fuse. If you ask questions and give input he'll take it personal and give you an attitude for even questioning him. They're all over the place with how they do things. Very impromptu and random. I was let go in less than two weeks because they "over-budgeted" and "got ahead of themselves" when hiring for the role. Don't leave your day job for this mess.

Pros

I got hired rather quickly, they paid me right away in the first week.

Cons

Did 3 interviews where they basically asked the same questions. Low pay, 50K a year Disorganized, No proper meeting set up, like knowing what the meeting is about beforehand. No actual workspace You would have to bring your own laptop I was hired as a social media manager and it seemed like they wanted me to be a graphic designer. The founder literally assigned me to copy an entrepreneur's page to the tee. Personally, I don't copy people's work and I've never worked for someone that wants to do such a thing, I usually get shown things as a form of inspiration. I actually know how to do graphic design but because the pay was so poor, the founder also gave me bad vibes, and they just wanted me to copy another person's IG page I pretended to only know Canva. During meetings, the founder came off as condescending & always had an attitude The times the founder (Kaiser) was nice it came off as ingenuine, he was just being fake nice. We never had an actual lunch break, but the founder always ate. One time we were having a meeting and his food came and he just started eating his food during the meeting. Didn't ask if we have eaten, didn't offer, nothing. On my fourth day of me being there, the founder was talking negatively about me. Overall my experience there was wack, I started the job unmotivated, to be honest, I did not like the founder, I got really bad anxiety & bad vibes every time I was around him, happy that I'm not there.
