Flexible schedule able to accommodate appointments and picking up kids from school
Cons
The worst communication and micromanaging I have ever seen. They do not care about their employees at all. Also hearing they are selling or going bankrupt.
There really isn’t any pros to this company. They are getting it ready to sell. Stay away and anyone still there should be trying to leave!
Cons
I hope this company fails and the people in charge know one day what it feels like to be broke and not be able to provide for your family because of them.
-Low/unfair pay
-Management is unhelpful to new hires
-No room for individual growth
-Lies are told to lower level employees in an effort to hide things
