Pros

It is a famous brand and has a decent market share in different communities.

Cons

The data you are given is outdated and completely redundant. Depending on which office you do leasing in, one of them will be micromanaged beyond ethical standards, and it's like an adult kindergarten. The company keeps pushing for market share and increased revenue, but forgets about keeping their brokers happy and help their work with better data. They try to tell you that, despite not paying you a salary, their operational cost and corporate infrastructure is an expense. It is an expense, but not the employee's concern. That's a managerial concern.
