      Pros

      Not a lot 1) Good place for people with no social life/workaholic people. 2) Decent salary.

      Cons

      1) Not a great place to work, especially for freshers. 2) Extremely long working hours. 3) There is no defined process for anything. 4) Not a lot to learn. 5) Bad training. 6) They do not think about their employees. 7) No HR. 8) Difficult to maintain work-life balance.
