I joined Better Reports because of their customer-centric views and diverse global remote team. And I'm leaving having learned so much from my co-workers! Everything from how to write more concise and clear communications to how to write SQL statements! Better Reports SaaS product is top-notch (check out their reviews on Shopify apps too). I'm excited to see how they grow! You're going to have the freedom to live anywhere in the world you want, flexible work hours, supportive co-workers, and an open work culture =) It's a stellar tech startup with some of the smartest co-workers I've ever had the pleasure to work with -- so take the opportunity!
Cons
As it's customer support, sometimes the workload can get heavy but everyone pitches in so you can always see the light at the end of the tunnel.
