      Pros

      I have loved working here. The culture is about getting the job done, and I feel that we really do work under a meritocracy, which fits my work outlook. I am valued based on what I contribute, and it's about getting the job done, not appearing busy or politicking.

      Cons

      Wheel spinning is a problem that affects this company - getting all the cogs to move can be a laborious process.

      Spots tickets (once) sub par mayo. products at cost. Monthly donuts

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Leadership that cares about production more than employee safety. Honestly Willful acknowledgment of hazards is a huge issue. HR department is unprofessional and border line unethical. Leadership is unqualified and habitually disrespectful towards employees to the level of weaponized incompetence.

      Pros

      There were a few projects I worked on that made me feel like my work was appreciated.

      Cons

      The CEO would single people out during company-wide meetings and create a very tense environment. He also has called people the r-slur in company-wide meetings. There was an overall culture of gossip and non-acceptance of anyone that slightly didn't fit in with the Mormon/Christian culture.
