Pros

Some kind people Young culture Lots of Social Events

Cons

Long work hours Extremely unprofessional behavior by a boss (getting drunk and falling down at happy hours, mixing personal life (dating) with the office, screaming at people in front of others) No HR department means drinking before noon? Lots of people pitted against each other, or people being shunned by large groups People who are liked get rewarded more than people who work hard

Pros

+Market is cornered, they own the junior level sales hiring in the Bay Area and NY +Most managers care about their teams, and do their best to support them +Strong training when you start, pretty easy to get ramped up and make placements +Fun people, for the most part, and a great office environment +Really great first job, or second job if you are trying to change careers +You can make 100k here, but then will probably burn out and max out unless you want to be a manager

Cons

-Quotas are constantly moving and compensation plans are always changing, they will try and screw you out of commissions if they can. -Things are very inconsistent and often times change for no reason. The CEO (Carolyn Betts) struggles to stick to a plan or company strategy and is very impatient with the business. -CEO can also be pretty inappropriate. She says and does things on the floor that make people uncomfortable. She yells at people, makes inappropriate jokes, and talks about past employees and clients negatively. Also really likes to party with her employees, which is fun at first, but then is pretty uncomfortable. -Management is pretty junior and just follows whatever change is asked of them. No one stands up to senior leaders to push back. -There is a ton of favoritism. If you aren't on the good side of the fearless leader, then you barely exist and are expendable. -Turnover is really bad... like, terrible -There is zero trust of employees. If you want a vacation, to leave early for an appointment, or are at lunch for too long you get questioned or are made to feel guilty. If you aren't in by 8 and stay past 6 you don't care enough. -No upside, all of the clients give their employees equity, even entry level. Not here, which would be okay if they paid better commission.

Pros

-I loved my coworkers. Some of the most wonderful people I have met in the Bay Area -Could be a great place to work if you are willing to work very very hard

Cons

-VERY high turnover rate. Betts' culture and work environment feels very negative, due to the fear of not hitting your quota and being let go. I had a stressful and negative experience in the first couple months of ramping up. -To those considering working here: ask lots of questions about how you will be trained and supported at the company
