- Gutes Arbeitsklima -Home Office Möglichkeit

-Man muss um jeden Penny und Weiterbildung kämpfen -Mehr Wertschätzung -Es gibt "lieblinge" die bevorzugt behandelt werden -TL wird nur, der schon länger da ist, Performance ist zweitranging -Keine Strukturen und Organisation, jeder arbeitet vor sich hin ohne Ziel -Wer lernen will,ist hier fehl am Platz

Most of the employees are trustworthy, helpful, and easy to get along with.
Cons
Most upper management are bullies and toxic attitudes and behavior are tolerated (this is not the experience of the German locatioin, just Florida). I've been in the business world for a long time and heard and read things I couldn't believe - never in a professional setting. Nasty emails over the holidays and some people make it so unpleasant to ask questions people stay silent.
