      Great team environment with flexibility, but management is outdated

      Pros

      On-site, highly qualified barista making you free coffees all day every day. Flexibility and a good work/life balance. Spacious offices and a good team enviroment.

      Cons

      Senior management are stuck in their ways, and have a different vision of how the brand is perceived by the public. Rival companies, and new players, are stealing a march on the market share.
