Pros

Above average pay, good benefits, talented and friendly team.

Cons

According to Bewonder, the things that matter are: 'We are disruptive' (in that we like to take talented people and squeeze the skill and experience out of them until they become a perfectly malleable corporate automaton constructed in our own sycophantic image) 'We are curious' (as to why anybody would want to display their own unique personality in their job instead of hiding behind a dead-eyed persona to protect their own back for when the inevitable blame game begins) 'We are supportive' (of the whims of our own senior management and their upwards reputation, at the cost of the wellbeing of talent below) 'We are proud' (to continually foster our local reputation of being run by manipulative self-servers projecting the image of a warm, fluffy creative agency onto a toxic corporate behemoth)

Pros

Some nice people Learned a lot of how not to do things

Cons

It’s not an agency. It’s propped up by a big corporate. People that do well know how to play the corporate game, Focus on finding fault rather than big picture No idea what strategic marketing is

Thinking of going there, don't!

Pros

Reasons to work there.... well, they sell it as the absolute dream, truth is, it's far from that. Genuinely the only good thing there are SOME of the people.

Cons

Well, where do i begin, everything you're sold is twisted truth. It's an agency... no it's not, it's a department within JLL. Great office environment... again, it's not, it's dingy, the roof tiles are stained, there's empty sweet jars everywhere because of budget cuts. Flexible inclusive culture... nope! Management do as they see fit, and you're only included if your face fits. The culture on the design side is horrendous, but that's because it's run by 2 dinosaurs, who openly talk and brag about working long, late hours to get work done on a regular basis. Benefits... they make a huge deal about how good the package and benefits are, it's not, it's no more than what is classed as standard for a large company. A place to develop... nope! Numerous members of the team are looking to leave due to not being given the opportunity to develop. Ask about the staff turnover rate if you're in an interview.
