Pros
I've been working here since December and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I feel challenged to keep growing on a daily basis both professionally and also within my personal habits. We work with a couple of fortune 500 divisions that offer constant upward mobility and the managers do have a thorough interview process. I know this because I obviously went through it and was offered a position. It's a little bit sad how people attack new emerging businesses just because they weren't able to make it in the company. I couldn't be happier with the team of people that I work with.
Cons
This is my first time working directly in marketing campaigns and also my first time teaching marketing impacts in front of large groups so this has definitely allowed me to get out of my comfort zone.

There is a strong sense of comradery paired with a fast pace environment which ultimately results in a competitive driving force that makes it fun to come to work day in and day out.
Cons
This is a growing company so you have to be goal oriented to stay on top.
