Pros
Small company, family owned! The ease of working with the owner and providing them feedback. As long as you have a solid plan for any type of change that would benefit the company or their products, the owner is always open for advice. This was one of my favorite things while working here, it was so quick and efficient to communicate with the owners to either make product changes, or internal affairs. I felt like they have a true open door policy and makes it easy for employees to reach out, and that’s one the biggest benefits of working there.
Cons
Small company! It’s a small place with less than 30 employees, it’s not for everyone if you’ve never worked in a small office environment. The corporate culture is one of a startup.
