      Pros

      Remote job so you get to stay at home

      Cons

      Workload is heavy no matter the position you are in. Management will not hesitate to let you go (with no notice) no matter how long you have been with them. No work life balance as you will be working past 5pm almost everyday, whether it's for meetings or to prepare for a test the next day since there is so much work.

      There are always ample opportunities to learn and advance your career. You are given full support to pursue a career path that interests you, even if it's not part of your daily routine. Management is very helpful in understanding what you need to build a successful and very rewarding career, which is not something you see in similar organizations.

      Cons

      Being fully remote, there aren't enough events and team building exercises to hang out with your coworkers.
