Beyond Finance truly stands behind its leadership team and agents. There is a strong support system in place, and upper management genuinely listens to feedback and provides resources necessary for us to succeed. Whether an employee or client opportunity... one doesn't outweigh the other and are both equally important here at Beyond. The collaborative environment makes it incredibly rewarding to coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and hit their performance goals.

I have worked at Beyond Finance for over 6 1/2 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I like the fact how invested they are in the employees especially their agents. They are always offering ongoing trainings to ensure we are providing top tier service to our clients. Recently the management team just had an onsite to help better their follow through skills and it was amazing. I learned a lot to help me improve as a manager. I can still remember that call I received from HR in July 8.2019 that I was hired I was overwhelmed with joy. I plan on retiring from Beyond. Great company

-benefits of working from home? nope. your tied to a desk and ethernet cable and tracked for every single minute your on the clock. - they have a hidden comp plan; when you come on board, you will find nothing in your onboarding documents regarding the shady comp plan they have. - they HIGHLY practice bait and switch tactics with their customers, and employees. - you will be fired without ANY sort of sense its coming. - they do not offer you any sort of growth or development - they will ask you to sell programs to clients that it doesnt make sense for. - 95% of your "warm leads" are people looking for loans, not debt resolution - the health insurance is horribly expensive
