The best culture in any construction company I've been at
Pros
Beyond has an amazing company culture. They care about their employees and provide avenues for growth and advancement. There is a TEAM mentality and everyone fits the main traits of being Humble, Hungry and Smart. The management provides ability for all employees to relay feedback on improvement and ideas. Employee reviews happen regularly- every 6 months- and what is required to do for skill development is outlines so employees can get raises. Employees can request time off in advance and almost always time off is granted. Safety is a big thing at Beyond.
Cons
There are times when jobs need to get done, and work extends into overtime hours. Often other workers come to site to assist a crew, but sometimes jobs go longer than 10 hrs. There is a lot of safety paperwork to complete, which ultimately is good to keep everything working.
