Pros

They are flexible so you can take care of business but still work.

Cons

It's like a cult if you don't join in you'll be fired for no reason. They are not supportive in your role just throw you right in. The company does great things for the community but when it comes to the actual tenants all they care about is money and not their well being. Just another way to capitalize. Another corporate company capitalizing on a poor community. Basically be a muppet you'll fit right in.
