Beyond Indigo does not seem to value its current and loyal employees. If you have been there for several years, you basically have to beg for a raise or to be recognized and valued for the hard work you do. So if you are a new person coming in, you might have better luck than those of us who stuck around and been loyal to BI. It’s constantly a game of catch up with your salary. You’re never going to get paid what you should, and some new person is always going to walk in making much more money than you, with less experience, less industry knowledge, and less seniority. It’s truly a slap in the face to those of us who have been working extremely hard to make this company the best it should be, and to protect our clients (who we love) at all costs. They tell us we are all a part of the “Beyond Indigo Family,” but it really does not feel that way. Many of us still here (or recently left) have tried to communicate these issues, and it seems to go nowhere. Then they are shocked when people put in their notice.

Being remote, I miss getting to spend in-person time with my coworkers.
