Loved working with the team there, lots to learn and great teachers and mentors who were willing to teach their employees! Always a great team to be around!
Cons
Needs to be self-started and self-motivated. Not a lot of room for growth.

-Incredible project during the time I was here. Had the chance to work on various multi-media driven campaigns, that generally involved some kind of talent, i.e. art, music, video etc. -Since it is a small company there were a lot of opportunities for growth. It is up to you to take charge! -A place where you can build your skills and become an experienced marketing professional.
Cons
-At the time that I was there they were heavily, or shall I say completely reliant on one client -Upper management can be very self-centered when push comes to shove. Additionally, the owners did not seem motivated enough, especially when it came to developing the business
