      Pros

      Mandatory training is brilliant, you learn a lot. Great opportunity to progress your career. You are shown trust in the work you carry out. Also feel taken care of by the Management Team.

      Cons

      I enjoy being in the office, but I don't think there is room for flexibility.

      Good location, welcoming team and required certifications.

      Cons

      Leadership is the worst thing about this company. Hostile working environment, the boss likes to belittle people and threaten with termination often. They also low-ball on salary.
