Cons

in-store customer service is exceptional while e-comm/corporate customer service consistently falls short, leaving us in store to pick up the slack

Pros

Stock discount through Levi's, used to get free clothes but they took that away.

Cons

Expect to be overworked and under appreciated, and pushed to do work you know is morally wrong. Promotions and accolades are given out based on a popularity contest and who feeds boss egos most. Lots of pressure to push agendas that are harmful and deceptive to the consumer. Nothing is 'inclusive' like the brands states itself to be: not the collections, and certainly not the office.
