      Don't Work Here - Terrible Leadership

      Great potential for the only drug they have.

      Cons

      The drug is still in clinical trials. They are so disorganized it will probably never get approved. Small company with too much infighting among leadership. Leadership does not know what it's doing and rarely follows through with any of their directives.

      Small ;good team workers that roll their sleeves up To help out .

      Cons

      Management; C management is unprofessional and Mismanaged; the expectation are not clear and financed is managed by nepotism. The various teams are overworked with limited resources as expected with small companies but with no support. Finance pushes restrictions that demotivates teams and provides unrealistic expectation The company needs to be elevated to industry standard soon.. quality of work life is a pipe dream.
