      None. No actual company exists. Website doesn't exist, location is fake.

      Cons

      This is a scam company. Not a real recruiter. I received multiple opportunities from recruiters claiming to be BeyondTek IT but none of those people exist. Their business filing is fake and shares a strip mall address with other fake companies setup by the same "CEO". Do not trust or respond to recruiting emails claiming to be from BeyondTek IT. They scrape public postings and try to position themselves as "recruiters"

      Low stress, low workload. Friendly environment with colleagues.

      Cons

      Daily micromanagement, assigning of duties. Job Board accounts were often shared by multiple employees in India and in the HQ office. No flexibility in schedule. No ability to work from home. Distrust employees. Highly segregated business development team and recruiting team. Communication issues.

      Pros

      I like the people i work with, they are nice and helpful and will give you any advise and support that might be needed. The work environment is relaxing knowing you accountable for yourself. They encourage new ideas that they really implement, overall i like working here and can see myself growing with this company
