Working for Beyonk so far has been exciting, inspiring and engaging - each day is totally different and leaves me feeling fulfilled and open to all the incredible experiences our world has to offer. The fact that I felt supported, inspired and welcomed into the team before even joining, says a lot - and means even more, especially considering some companies may not value you in the same way or invest the time into you when we all know, startups are BUSY! This 'feeling' and the team support I experienced and still do each day, has had a huge and positive impact on my beginning journey at Beyonk and has truly inspired me to learn, succeed and be as powerful in my role as the platform can be!

Cons

Not being able to book into ALL the experiences our amazing businesses offer!

The People - everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. You'll feel like a part of the furniture in no time. The Management - management is super friendly and approachable and always keeps you in the loop with any changes. Always keen to hear your feedback and make your opinions feel valued. The role itself - I find the role really fun. Great for someone who enjoys problem-solving. There is always a wide variety of jobs you can be getting on with meaning the role isn't repetitive which is great at keeping you engaged. Great work-life balance with flexibility on working from home.

Cons

Honestly none, this is the happiest I have been in a job.

Pros

Great start up company with lots of drive to be top of its industry. Working with motivated individual who are more than just employees. Really flexible working conditions and respect to each persons’ circumstances and time. Good place to work for people who enjoy a start up environment and want to contribute and be a part of growth.

Cons

Budgets throughout have to be considered carefully as it’s a start up. Not for people who just want to come in, do what they need to do and go home.
