1. Hectic work hours - we used to work from 10am-10pm most of the time. 2. Their are many processes which are yet to be automated in the organisation, hence employees spend a lot of time in doing manual tasks. 3. A lot of time is being spend on making ppts for upper management. 4. Employees are expected to work on weekends and till 2am.
