Great work environment with minor feedback issues

Cons
I don’t really have any “cons.” I loved being there! I was just sorry that, toward the end of my time there, it was difficult to get assigned to a project, but I don’t think that’s a common occurrence. If I had to name one downside (very specific to my situation), it was the fact that I didn’t receive honest feedback on my performance from my supervisors. This led to a sense of dissatisfaction that caught me somewhat by surprise. However, I thought the company was really great, and I’d love to have the opportunity to work there again in the future!
