      Amazing and caring culture throughout the company Frequent social events to meet global team Great compensation package High degree of trust and autonomy Great team spirit, everybody looks out for each other Given a strong sense of purpose by being leaders in the Enterprise Architecture space and contributing to the development of the field

      I think leadership/management could be stronger or more decisive at times, but this is offset by their supportive nature and willingness to accommodate the needs of staff

      At Bizzdesign you'll work with smart, dedicated people using some of the latest technologies. The company is expanding rapidly, giving lots of opportunities to its employees.

      Cons

      New CEO is destroying what was a great work culture, and many senior people in the company are white, middle-aged men. A new CEO and more diverse leadership team would make this a great place to work.
