Cons

Unguaranteed role existence due to tech winter. Hard to get approval for research budgets. Vague direction and strategy. Overpromised and vague career progression. Not a great place if seeking for learning curve, here you will be expected to swift self-learning and problem-solving, better to join as someone who's already experienced.
