Cons
The MD of ANZ region is micro manager and high on power. She can be awfully nice(fake) at times but is incoherently out of tune with what is required to be a good leader. She likes to play favorites with people who can manage up. She was someone who was in the right place at right time to get where she is rather than actual skills and experience. The senior management of this organisations LOVES TO TRAVEL. I mean, every month, they all travel to one or the other continent for a executive meeting. All this, while their sales staff has to save even 20 dollars on domestic flights where they can.
