None. What’s worse is the complete lack of job security. If you somehow manage to trigger the CEO’s ego, you’re as good as fired. Ironically, even being recognized or respected in the company could be your downfall, as that too will apparently set off the CEO’s insecurities. People are walking on eggshells just trying to keep their jobs.

Cons

Unpleasant experience working at this company, and it all boils down to the toxic culture, gossip among the higher management and favoritism for few, and lack of professional leadership.
