Pros
Incredible company to work for. Excellent team environment with mutual respect. Awesome company culture with the ability to grow with the company. You get to bring your best idea to the round table and synergize with the group to mature your idea into a living concept.
Cons
We use to have a basketball hoop, foosball table, and ping-pong. But we broke it because of the fierce competitions.

Pros
Bidmail is a smaller development team which allows you the opportunity to express your oppionons more and be heard. Every body has the potential to greately influence a project or product which is a lot different from works at a big company.
Cons
Wine it's a smaller company, they can't afford to throw a ton of money at problems which requires you to me more savy and creative when problem solving.
