      Good Salary Good Idea in good market.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management of India management doesn't know how to build product Big ego among India head and among his followers resulting in no substantial work in India office Openly favoring of IIT'ians People are not motivated enough People are forced and asked to write Glassdoors review (good ones) No startup culture as promised while joining . Its more of micro management company with personal goals. Work is not very challenging. Stringent leave policy. Most of time leave are given when you want. WFH is discouraged and only granted to certain people with ease. Most of people hired lack start up instinct and those already hired are not trusted upon .

      Pros

      Whole concept sounds very technical and challenging , wooing many to work for same.

      Cons

      A company where top management ask his employee to write positive reviews on GD. Accounted by the fact that majority rating is completely five star and awesomely positive (as of now). And those whose rating is low is marked as very "helpful" as of now (ratio is almost 3X) . This explains the culture inside the organisation.

      - Zero work life balance - Tons of micro managers - Constant firefighting mode - No communication - Very little planning - Always over promise to customers - A few disrespectful individuals - Horrible office (cramped, too hot, too cold, bugs)
