Pros

Unfortunately, they are missing. That is true.

Cons

The majority of Ukrainian, Russian, and Belarusian employees in stores have exceeded skills and abilities. Some have two, three, or even four passed institutions behind. However, the path to the office remains inaccessible to them. Meanwhile, office workers exhibit few distinguishing characteristics. Their education is limited, their qualifications are low, and their english proficiency is below average. Store employees are perceived as second- or third-class employee by office workers. The second- and especially first- level management is weak. Also they are not interested in ideas. The transition from the store to the office also impossible. People are constantly overworking. There is no shower in the shops. Air conditioners almost never work. At least there is no simple turnstile to stretch your back. HR competes in generating meaningless benefits. The education portal EduAkcja, which causes a wide smile, deserves a separate review. The design is geared towards a younger demographic who are particularly fond of clip art, but it appears that the average age of store workers has been overlooked. The social elevators are not operational. Funds are being allocated to create an image and pay permanent fines to commissions.

Biased and corrupt

Pros

Little or no experience is enough to get a job. Pays every month.

Cons

Discrimination, corruption and favoritism is rife in the organisation. Senior customer facing staff such as Store Managers are openly racist towards customers. The organisation encourages such behaviour by taking no action even after a police investigation of the staff. It is not a good place to work for a self respecting professional in the 21st century.
