Quick interview process and great support staff. The employees are friendly, collaborative, and helpful.

Cons

Agents aren't held accountable for their mistakes. Walking lawsuits waiting to happen. Do you like being micromanaged while having dinner or on weekends? Then sign right up for this unprofessional and disgusting harassment you can expect multiple times a week! Mental health problems? Don't worry, they offer you the cheapest benefits legally possible.

Bait & Switch & Broker didn’t honor original agent commission agreement!

When new broker came in, he did not honor original agent Commission agreements at his is sole discretion!!! No integrity

They are good at persuading you to sign up because we all want leads. They will give you leads and steal them back from you.

Cons

Suneet is the biggest crook I have ever worked for. There are too many great real estate companies out there to work for. Stay away from these guys, they live to steal your business and take advantage of you in any way possible. They turn everyone on each other to compete for the same leads. Other agents on your team have no problem calling your customers and stealing them from you. Their mortgage partners are 100 times worse. Beware!
