      Pros

      Salt Lake office for the most part has quality people in management roles. Those people will listen to you when you have issues.

      Cons

      Once Johnson Carlier was bought by Big-D the new management has ruined what once was a great place to work. The VP has done a great job of either firing or forcing most of the former Big-D employees out the door. It’s just a matter of time until the few that are left will be gone. If you are thinking about working for Johnson Carlier think again about your choice.

      This company has been around for awhile so it stable and has a back log of work. There are some good systems in place.

      Cons

      There is a fair amount of nepotism Tight Knit of preferred employees who get all the perks, recognition and the best & most profitable jobs. 95% of the rest of the company is wondering how to break into this elusive club. You will work hard and long hours.
