Extremely competent and motivated team. Culture and its values are very strong within everyone, and there is a constant search for alignment with culture in all actions. There is immense transparency in all processes, and everyone is encouraged to give their opinion and question colleagues and superiors. Absolutely all leaders are extremely open about their own development and take a careful look at the personal development of all their subordinates.
Cons
The company is growing fastly and there are still too many Data Scientists in comparison to developers. Many of them are generalists and don't do exactly what they are supposed to regarding Data Science. There is still a certain immaturity regarding the proper definition of teams and their responsibilities. Many processes still need to be reviewed to prioritize agility.
