Pros

Everything. They pay you generously, treat you like family, and help you when you are in need. They have very high standards for their employees, which instills personal responsibility and valuable life lessons (No tardiness allowed, no lying to customers EVER, extremely high standards with allergies). Loved my time at Big Fish.

Cons

That they do not market more around Wilmington so more people can know of this great place.
