Pros

Great office location. Handful of enthusiastic employees/colleagues. Offers experience in "social media strategy" which can be favorable for future resumes.

Cons

Appalling management and leadership. Zero training is offered to employees and upper management is too busy scrambling to capture new business to assist employees attempting to manage day-to-day client work. Communication from the C-level staff to the company is extremely poor. Consequently, the office enivronment is tense, negative and quite frankly depressing. Most employees start looking for new jobs within 3 months of getting hired. Steer clear from Big Fuel.

Worst job I've had since college

Pros

The only positive thing I can say about Big Fuel is that it had a nice office space. However, with that said, the heating was not working for a significant part of the winter. Tip - Spend less money on uncomfortable trendy furniture and fix the heat.

Cons

Don't know where to begin... - Poor C-Level leadership - Middle/Senior management was unconcerned about individual development - Egos from top to bottom of employment ladder - Too concerned about "being cool" - not with delivering results To sum it up, I started looking for a new job within a month of being there

Pros

Very interesting people, some thoughtful minds, and positive environment overall for a recent college graduate

Cons

Not a great professional experience. After signing GM and then being acquired by Publicis, it grew in size far too fast and operational efficiency went out the window. By the end I was relieved to go.
