      Pros

      Big Geyser is a great place to work. The Company cares about its employees and shows that by investing in the best fleet, technology, employee benefits and advancements. Leadership is present and available and really cares about the day to day.

      Cons

      Leadership has high expectations and holds themselves and employees accountable. Huge upside but also not a place you can just mail it in.
