Pros

Nice break room Full time and part time jobs available Health benefits offered

Cons

Extremely poor management. None of the managers were on the same page. Terrible communication between management and employees. No new employee on boarding process, employees are just thrown into their job without any real training, then reprimanded when something is done "wrong" If they don't like you they WILL get rid of you.

Pros

There really are no pros, the office is empty due to covid, CFO is wonderful to work with he respects his employees. CEO could care less, it is all about him, and HIS MONEY. He texts and emails at all hours of the night since he works nights. The warehouse has no management the CEO doesn't replace anyone. Within 3 month period 7 people left and none of them have been replace nor is there any effort to replace them.

Cons

They don't care. Money is on the lower end of the spectrum. Holidays - you work all major holidays except for thanksgiving, christmas and new years so don't make plans. Vacation there is a window. Insurance is on the low end.

Avoid at all costs

Pros

None at all whatsoever, seriously.

Cons

I cannot express enough that you should avoid this company at all costs. If you dare go in for an interview and the office seems quiet, it’s because everyone else has decided to leave the company for various reasons that have all fallen on deaf ears. Despite person after person after person leaving, management still cannot recognize that they are the problem. You will constantly be kept after 5 pm to have meaningless conversations when you’ve spent most of your day available. Your time is not valued. Your personal life is not valued. You are consistently reminded that you are “salaried” and they should be able to bend you to their will. Not only that but each and every single choice you make will be questioned or examined with severe scrutiny and you will often have your initial job responsibilities that you signed on for changed since there is too much work to be done to cover everyone else that left. Last, nothing gets done here. No products get created or rarely restocked and simple processes take months to have happen. This place moves at a snails pace and if the overbearing nature of management doesn’t bother you, the fact that it is so boring will. This company is also under a few different names in order to shield bad reviews. If you’ve been smart enough to do some digging and find this, good for you. Take these words to heart. Nothing changes at this place. No criticism or concerns from past or present employees are listened to. The way Big Health is ran is unsustainable. Avoid.
