No yearly raises. No bonuses.

All rooster does is hire you to work for another company. In my case it was a large retailer. Rooster was not there for support and basically just used my skillset to sell me to a corporation, taking a massive cut of my salary to fund their business. IE. they are recruiters. The company I was recruited for has been tanking, not hiring internally, so they 'recruited' thru BRRFlow...the corp then laid off hundreds of employees....and rooster gave a meager severance, and basically just wished me the best...it was horrible and I haven't heard a work from them since which is just sad. All of my fellow colleagues thought BRRFlow was toxic and were basically meaningless. Management is 'out to lunch', all CEO's, CFO's etc have jumped ship and I'm sure they'll be at the bottom of the sea eventually...I'm an empathetic person, but the way me and my colleagues were treated was just messed up. No mobility, no support, no growth, no technology, no educational benefits
