      Pros

      Great High Value Shop that can offer a great learning experience for someone breaking into the industry. As long as you grind you will make money and learn about the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Not many but I would say that in my office people in charge seem to be too young and inexperienced. They work hard, but the idea of their relative success gets a little too much to their head.

      Environment is fast paced. Tons of leads. Expanding quickly. Opportunities for promotions are there.

      Cons

      For a company that you hear about for years, the tech is surprisingly not great.. they don’t even have Ocrulous! Micro management is rampant. Experience or not your 90s car salesman manager is pitching your deal.

      The industry itself is brutal. Lots of scammers and bad actors that take advantage of merchants and make it harder for everyone else
