Pros
Passionate, lateral and hard working smart team. Lots of freedom , trust and a mature work environment. Loved how they were really into exceptional service and what was best for the client and candidate .
Cons
So much energy in what they did , must be able to keep up. As they are a small business , there isn't room to climb the corporate ladder.

Great team, excellent culture Amazing flexibility and genuine work/life balance Non KPI driven environment, all about quality outcomes Excellent leadership team, who empower the team to make their own decisions Only experienced Recruiters are hired, so it's an opportunity to learn from the best in the business.
Cons
Flat leadership structure, not a lot of room to climb the corporate ladder if that's what you're seeking.
