-No chance of raises -No accountability -No support from upper management -Lies Lies and more lies -No benefits -Being constantly forgotten about - Rude customers -Commission rates are constantly brought down by upper management when we make "too much" -any small mistake is blown out of proportion and you are hounded by the owner as to why this happened while any and all positive contributions are overlooked - too many to list

The organization carried a poor reputation, and instead of fixing root issues, staff were expected to smooth things over with frustrated customers. Leadership ignored serious concerns and allowed false promises to continue, leaving employees in an endless cycle of damage control. Being forced to defend decisions that weren’t yours while leadership hid from accountability was draining and demoralizing. It was less about customer service and more about covering up failures.
